Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
Return Process
- Initiate your return through our Online Returns Portal at runwayscoutshop.com
- Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and labels
- Ship using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
Refund Details
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Amount refunded to original payment method
- Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchanges
We currently offer refund-only returns. To exchange an item:
- Return the original purchase following standard procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately via our Help Center
- We’ll cover return shipping and provide replacement/full refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear (with removed hygiene liners)
- Final sale/clearance items
- Personalized/custom products
- Accessories without original packaging
International Returns
- Customers outside our primary region responsible for return shipping
- Refunds exclude original delivery charges
- Customs fees non-refundable
